Bioplant R&D applies its special know-how in woody plant biotechnology to improve old and develop new cultivars from wild plants. We produce high quality plant material from Jatropha curcas, an economically and ecologically valuable source for biofuel and other applications. We also offer diagnostic services to test the genetic and sanitary quality of planting material, e.g. cultivar identification, proof of freedom from pathogens and analyses of health-related ingredients in plant derived food.
