Akribes Biomedical is dedicated to the improvement of chronic wound therapy. We are developing the first “theranostic” (= diagnostic and therapeutic) assay platform to enable effective, personalized, pharmacological therapy of chronic wounds. The assays combine diagnosis and therapy recommendation for individual chronic wound patients. They can also serve as companion theranostics to new drugs in development and be used for drug discovery programs.
